The product purchased from SofiClock is subject to exchange and return for the following reasons:

  • The product was damaged during delivery

  • The product contains defects

  • The product is of poor quality

  • A different product than the one you ordered was delivered

  • The clock mechanism stopped working during the warranty period (12 months).

To clarify the product return procedure, please contact the SofiClock support service at the email address soficlock.shop@gmail.com. If possible, provide a photo with product or packaging defects.

 

A product purchased from SofiClock can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt.

After clarifying all the details, we provide a prepaid postage stamp to return the order.

After the goods are sent, the money is returned to your card within 5 days.

 

If your parcel has not been delivered, please let us know so that we can clarify the procedure for refunding or sending a replacement.
