The product purchased from SofiClock is subject to exchange and return for the following reasons:

The product was damaged during delivery

The product contains defects

The product is of poor quality

A different product than the one you ordered was delivered

The clock mechanism stopped working during the warranty period (12 months).
To clarify the product return procedure, please contact the SofiClock support service at the email address soficlock.shop@gmail.com. If possible, provide a photo with product or packaging defects.
A product purchased from SofiClock can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt.
After clarifying all the details, we provide a prepaid postage stamp to return the order.
After the goods are sent, the money is returned to your card within 5 days.
If your parcel has not been delivered, please let us know so that we can clarify the procedure for refunding or sending a replacement.
